Seller's Response:despite giving clear feedback the designer did not bother responding to them or incoporating it in the revision. the logo design was below average and did not showcase anything of expertise- i had already sketched out one option and could have easily done it on my own A waste of money and time!!

He sent the order as I described it and on time. Though when he sent the three concepts, he told me to accept the order and that he would send the final chosen concept. This should mean that revisions should be made during this period. It was my mistake for accepting the delivery and hoping that he would follow an honor system on revisions. I asked him to change the face of the chosen design but he says that the order is already accepted and he is not willing to change it unless I paid more. Just be wary of things like this. Thank you.

Seller's Response:Personally I really like the final design, in my case I do not speak English very well (I am Spanish) but it was not a problem since with google translator we understood each other very well, the treatment received was very professional, punctual when delivering the I worked and had no problem making some changes to the design in the first revision, and I saw other comments saying that in each revision I was charging an extra, I think it is normal once you spend all the revisions, it was not my case since I had 20 and we only did 4 revisions, it is the first time that I work with it and probably not the last.

This was my first time on Fiverr and anckor made a great first impression, not only did my logo and my business cards look awesome but he revised what I asked and answered any questions I had even how to download the fonts he used to edit the text on the business card template! Answered me very quickly too i may add. Followed the timeline very well although I had a few request and questions along the way so the time got extended but I wasn't in a hurry at all. Definitely will continue to use Fiverr and if i have any more future logos I will for sure use anckor's service again!

Seller's Response:Anckor_ was very polite, helpful, and prompt with his skills and communication. Unfortunately my boss approved of a different design from a different artist. Anckor_'s designs did receive positive reaction from a good chunk of the locker room, but was out-voted because some of their designs looked too similar to references provided or too much like an NFL or XFL football logo rather than wrestling. I still think that customers should purchase work from this person because they do great work and are very easy to talk to. This just happens to be a unique situation in which democracy prevailed.

Seller's Response:I found communication extreamly challenging. It took many attempts at "communication" to convey my "vision" and the changes I wanted to theirs. I went so far as to write/text my "revisions" in Pakistan in order to get them conveyed clearly. It did not work. So that was my biggest frustration. But in the end I got a logo I could work with.

Designhub2021 is a gifted artist and that's evident from his vast portfolio. But what the portfolio doesn't show is his professionalism and communication skills, which are absolutely exemplary. I am someone who finds it difficult to ask someone to revise over and over again and I end up accepting something half-liked. That is a very bad quality for a Fiverr like model.
