The picture in the title page was much better quality than what was drawn for me. I do not like the written iI received at all. I wanted a cute cartoon drawing, but the artist tried to make it realistic and so I ended up with simmering in between that wasn't very attractive and I can't use.

The communication with the seller was not good. The seller waited until I contacted the seller before placing the order and the seller did not tell me he was booked. I had to wait extra 4 days and the logo was not good. My daughter looked like an old woman. The revision is ok. I will probably end up getting another logo for her. Maybe in the future the seller can be honest and let buyers know he has a full plate and not able to provide excellent quality.

I needed a logo for our publishing firm, ideally also incorporating the door notion from the name/the notion of opening doors to new worlds through reading. Jane did a great job coming up with an overall concept to match my description. I was really pleased with this and with her quickly altering the mood from a bit too office-y/digital to a bit more classic. Sorting fine details was a bit more problematic despite drawn examples/explicit descriptions. Took more time than I would have liked. And I still haven't got an answer to a question I asked twice about the font used (in order to match web content). However, overall I would recommend, especially for the reasonable price & final product.

The AD is a scam. The logos in the ad for this designer does not match the work he did for me. It looked like he rushed thorough and didn't think of a color scheme at all. I had a logo with black outlines but blue facial features. Another design at a blue outline with brown, red, features. He even spelled my business name wrong! I told him that your basic skill set of colors is bad and I don't wish to continue because I would have to go back and forth about complimentary colors when he is an "designer". I shouldn't have to tell you what colors work well together. Who the hell has time for that?! Don't even bother ordering from this designer, the work doesn't match the ad.
