:The picture in the title page was much better quality than what was drawn for me. I do not like the written iI received at all. I wanted a cute cartoon drawing, but the artist tried to make it realistic and so I ended up with simmering in between that wasn't very attractive and I can't use.
:The communication with the seller was not good. The seller waited until I contacted the seller before placing the order and the seller did not tell me he was booked. I had to wait extra 4 days and the logo was not good. My daughter looked like an old woman. The revision is ok. I will probably end up getting another logo for her. Maybe in the future the seller can be honest and let buyers know he has a full plate and not able to provide excellent quality.
:My experience was fantastic. We got everything we asked for from the seller and was very happy with the final product. Easy to work with and revisions were easy to handle. We were so happy we added an additional order. Thank You!
