communication and willingness to do revisions was excellent. The service was not as described as computer generated fonts were used and it was not handwritten or bespoke. This was disappointing. However the price was low so maybe my expectations were too high.

I was not sure at the beginning about the name, so he gave extra options, which is great. He was patient with my tweaks and comment. This service seems very hit or miss. The have a lot of designers working for them, clearly some better than others. My artist was ok, but the concepts I received back were not what I asked for at all. In the end I had to walk them through exactly what I wanted, come up with my own idea and ask them to make the same changes more than once. That said I did get the logo I wanted as my final product. The people I was in contact with were polite, helpful fast and in contact regularly. I feel like I got my money's worth and would probably give them another go. Just make sure you come into it with a completely worked out idea.

Yash was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire experience. I am a rather finicky customer when it comes to my designs, and Yash supported me until the end. However, the designs seem to be hit or miss. There are over 100 designers working at gigblast and there appears to be a skill gap between them. The particular team that I had dropped the ball. My iterations looked nothing comparable to the impressive designs as showcased on their page. But your experience can be completely different. There is obviously high-level talent involved here, but you may be rolling the dice. I would recommend you find an image you like and request to be placed with that design team.

Gigabit was awesome. Sent through a wide range of options to kick things off. I thought this may be a challenge as there were a few in there that really didn't align with what I was after. After my feedback on which one I liked the best, the designing started and one came through that seemed a little out of left field and something I didn't imagine. It was the one. A few revisions later, I had my finalized designs. I highly recommend Gigabit to get things done well and fast.
