communication and willingness to do revisions was excellent. The service was not as described as computer generated fonts were used and it was not handwritten or bespoke. This was disappointing. However the price was low so maybe my expectations were too high.

I was not sure at the beginning about the name, so he gave extra options, which is great. He was patient with my tweaks and comment. Then, I was disappointed with the communication, he was responsive but missed my points, he was sorry and it was super sincere that made me wanted to just close the order and just happy with how it is.
