It turned out ok and I got everything I needed.. BUT I paid for premium to get some great and creative ideas. Maybe I expected too much. The concept quality was poor and I tried to cancel the order in an early stage but they didn’t want to. Sometimes they're answering like a robot, revisions took up to two weeks. In the end I spent hours and hours to draw the logo in keynote and asked them to simply copy my idea. It looks professional now but I could've done it myself with a simple vector program. Sorry, I'm sure you're great guys but this was probably the first and last time I used fiverr.

Very disappointed with the buyer behaviour and the acts, he changed the business name more than 3 times, and every time ask for the different concepts, buyer takes 2 years to provide the details, he cames after 6 months and ask about the things, we provide the exact the thing but he said he want more, we tried to cancel the order but over team decide deal with it in a reasonable manner. Over all we do not want anyone to work with him.

They were very professional, communicative and responded quickly through the whole process. The final product, whilst it was what I was looking for, didn't really have the same "pop" of some of the Logos on their display page. Still very good and I'm happy with it, but not as striking as some of the others. I'm also really glad that I chose the premium tier because I only liked 1 of the 5 logo designs. If I had gone for a cheaper tier, I might not have liked the end result as much Would very much recommend Strideinit and if you want to see what they came up with for me, just search for "Life with a Y" on your favorite podcast app

Here's the thing, I think the first 2 rounds they gave me a logo that was subpar, a 5 year old could have done it. I wasn't happy so I made it clear to them. That was when they really tried to communicate with me to understand what my needs were. Then the revised logo came together and hardly needed any revisions after that. Fantastic service, but be sure to let them know whether u like the design or not. Don't be afraid to say the whole thing isn't working for you and you want to take a different direction.

This was our very first official logo for our very first online business venture. The whole process was exciting and to be honest quit easy. We are totally happy with the final product. I believe that the final result goes in hand with the rate of the seller. The designs proposed seemed really generic, like she was getting stock vector files and stacking in the logo. But again, is a cheap service. Final product is decent but at the end of the day I have the feeling that I threw away $12.5.

The art sort of matched the description but was as expected. However, only the third was actually followed every request so was the only was that was actually useable. It still was not exactly what I was looking for and could have used a couple revisions but the artist closed the gig after delivering even though the gig mentioned 4 revisions. Granted, I'm new here so I may have done something wrong, I have to report not being fully satisfied.
