They were very professional, communicative and responded quickly through the whole process. The final product, whilst it was what I was looking for, didn't really have the same "pop" of some of the Logos on their display page. Still very good and I'm happy with it, but not as striking as some of the others. I'm also really glad that I chose the premium tier because I only liked 1 of the 5 logo designs. If I had gone for a cheaper tier, I might not have liked the end result as much Would very much recommend Strideinit and if you want to see what they came up with for me, just search for "Life with a Y" on your favorite podcast app

Here's the thing, I think the first 2 rounds they gave me a logo that was subpar, a 5 year old could have done it. I wasn't happy so I made it clear to them. That was when they really tried to communicate with me to understand what my needs were. Then the revised logo came together and hardly needed any revisions after that. Fantastic service, but be sure to let them know whether u like the design or not. Don't be afraid to say the whole thing isn't working for you and you want to take a different direction.

This was our very first official logo for our very first online business venture. The whole process was exciting and to be honest quit easy. We are totally happy with the final product. We only had a couple of revisions and they nailed it on the head. We got the initial logos in less than 24 hours, and with the revisions it took approximately three days to get the final product. All in all it was a pleasure working with these guys. And we are already getting our info together for our next Logo. Thanks Guys. Great Job.
