very responsive, delivered on time, & i absolutely love the design. only complaint is that i went over my planned budget somewhat unexpectedly, as the design went from a logo to an illustration. i, not knowing anything in the field of logo design, was unaware of at which point this transitioned occured, & that the initial agreed price had changed. this could have been communicated better. however, based on reviews i really wanted to work with aestheticx, so i did agree to the price increase. otherwise, i'm very, very happy with service, communication, delivery time, design & ABSOLUTELY recommend working with aestheticx. i now have a logo i am very proud of and can't wait to apply to my biz.
