I was very hesitant to do anything with anyone. To be honest it was a bit overwhelming to find a designer with so many choices. However, once I made my decision I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Everything that was listed was given to me in a very timely manner as described. My designed stated multiple times that his clients 100% satisfaction is his highest priority and I can say without a doubt that, that is 110% TRUE! I highly recommend using him. you will not be disappointed!
:I loved the responsiveness - in this arena its a definite A+. The original example sent to me however wasn't overly impressive. In addition to the attempt to upsell upfront. I understand its business so not overly bothered by this and the response was respectful. After further explaining my needs I was satisfied with the secondary result and have no issues using again for a future project. The communication is key and so are the responses. Great job with regard to that! I'm also very satisfied that when I requested changes they did much better with the result.
