I am very please with the end result of my Logo. I was hesitate at first about using Gig, because I wouldn't receive any verbal/phone communication. The only form of communication was via text, which made me nervous. I was afraid that I would not be able to articulate what I wanted the end product to look like. What a great experience! I had the Designer create a new logo for my Staffing business. I wanted a simple design and she delivered 3 incredible options! WOW!!! LOVE THE LOGO!!! We picked studioawest based on the portfolio and her reviews. After submitting what we thought was a great logo concept she took our vison to the next level. The turn time was well within the time frames and the end result was the perfect lay out. Communication was timely. The only area I would have like more detail on was terminology. When explained we were new to this process and asked a question the response was in what I can only assume is common graphics designer terms so we had to research a bit to interpret. I was thrilled overall and would use her again if we need similar services.
